Your Role in the Story
We are looking for a Lead HR Servicedesk to join our HR team. In this role, you will lead a team of four HR professionals who serve as the first point of contact for all HR-related matters. You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and managing this team, ensuring they deliver high-quality service. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and improving our HR processes while preparing the team for upcoming digital transformations.
What you will be working on:
- Assigning and monitoring daily and weekly tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Acting as the primary contact for internal stakeholders on HR-related inquiries.
- Streamlining HR administrative processes for better efficiency.
- Advising employees and managers on HR issues and supporting HR Business Partners.
- Leading, initiating and participating in various HR projects, including HR/IT initiatives.
A key upcoming project is the implementation of a new international HR self-service system. You will play a crucial role in preparing the team for this transition, focusing on quick wins with current systems while leading the team through this change. Your experience in digitizing HR processes will be essential in ensuring a smooth transition.
