Your role in the story:

We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join us in achieving our HR goal to further develop the department to a more strategic partner in business. As a member of the HR department, you will play a key role in helping to build our learning organization, centered around our people and our founder’s mentality.


As the HR Business Partner, you will drive the preparation for strategic personnel planning, provide guidance, coaching, and support to our managers, and collaborate with HR experts to develop initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

The Human Resources department supports our organization in making the impossible possible offshore. You will be working together with three HR Business Partners and colleagues of the HR Operations teams (HR Services, Compensation & Benefits and Case Management) and the Learning, Culture & Organization teams (Recruitment, People Development and Organization Development).

What you will be working on:

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in HR project management and is a solid discussion partner for management on all topics from hiring to retiring. You have excellent active listening skills, work effectively in a team-oriented and changing environment, and possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years’ work experience as an HR Business Partner in a high-performance, international environment.
  • Accuracy in your work and strong analytical skills.
  • An investigative mindset with the ability to switch easily between different levels within the organization.
  • The capability to be a high-level conversation partner who proactively seeks and establishes contact with the surrounding environment.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations is advantageous.
  • Availability of at least 36 Hours per week
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
