Succesful Deployment of the NMS-T-10000

The NMS-T-10000 consist of a double walled center column integrated in a template with six mudmats. By using the NMS-T-10000, underwater noise is blocked as much as possible and in addition the monopile is kept in the correct position during installation.

The center column is made of sections, supplied by our client IQIP in and pre-outfitted as much as possible. The material for the template has been procured by HFG.
End of 2022, HFG received the design drawings. The first materials arrived on site in the beginning of 2023, soon after fabrication started. In March 2024, the NMS-T-10000 was loaded onto HMC’s H-542 barge. Early May 2024, HMC started installing monopiles in the EnBW He Dreiht offshore windfarm, using the NMS-T-10000.

Although the Approved for Construction design was significantly more complex and involved a lot more hours than the tender design, HFG managed to complete the project in time. Also, the very challenging dimensional tolerances were achieved.
