Hollandse Kust West Alpha jacket fabrication

In September 2021, Heerema Fabrication Group was awarded the contract for the fabrication of a jacket for the Hollandse Kust West Alpha project of Smulders / Iemants to Tennet. The construction was executed at the Vlissingen fabrication location, starting in October 2021 and finishing in July 2022. The jacket was installed in the Dutch sector of the North Sea, approximately 75 kilometers from IJmuiden. The construction was relatively short track and complicated, with cable decks and a challenging number of J-tubes.
