- Supervising lifting operations and/or performing lifting activities;
- Guiding, coordinating, and overseeing a team of employees, including contracted third parties, in the execution of work, while also providing operational oversight of the overall progress;
- Instructing and actively adhering to all relevant internal and external safety and environmental regulations;
- Recognizing and reporting safety risks, accidents, and damages.

Education and Experience
- MBO 4 level of education and thinking;
- Advanced knowledge and experience in horizontal and vertical transport;
- 3 years of similar experience;
- Education as a lifting supervisor (VVT) or a willingness to undergo this training.
